uh I don't know what to call this. But it's chicken, sausage, rice, maters, cayenne, chili sauce, 1 onion, habanero and chipotle powder, and some other stuff. Tastes great though. Having it with corn pone.

You're thinking of Jambalaya, but let me tell you, lol, it's not even close.lol
I've not been to Brushy Mountain BG Fest. I go to Dr. Ralph's Old Home Place in May, and Bean Blossom in IN. I want to go to Merle Fest, but I don't see it happening this year.
