Tonight I'm making a hash brown casserole, and tossed salad.
Frozen hash browns on the bottom of a greased pan. Bake @ 400 until lightly brown. Brown ground beef and drain. Tonight I mixed in a can of Cream of Chicken in the beef, but you can used Cream of Mushroom and/or onion soup (make it your own). Top the hash browns with beef mixture, then top with cheese. Bake in 350 oven until hot. Yummmm.
