Chinese take out... Chicken lo mein, Chinese barbecue pork, and crab puffs. Delicious!

public holiday = shops closed
no food in the house (well nothing dinner-like...we have plenty of cat food!)
looks like we're celebrating anzac day with beans on toast, LOL

We had homemade pork tamales. I've always wanted to make those. They turned out pretty good.

Last evening we had Thai red curry chicken with rice and snap peas.
This evening - roasted turkey breast purchased from the rotisserie deli, baked sweet potatoes and salad.
