I like Spinach Quiche too. Very rarely make quiche though 'cause DH isn't fond of it but he will eat it if I put it in front of it. I have a crab and swiss cheese quiche I used to make until after making it several times DH told me he didn't like it. :faint

Crappies- If you are from certain parts of the South the "a" is pronounced like the "a" in the name Agnes. In other parts of the country the "a" is pronounced like the "a" in the word "crawl".
