:doh:dohBaked chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans and pears.

Wait I ruined the potatoes so we had fries instead. Kids were happy.
Trust me you can ruin mashed potatoes.

We are having a big cookout today with several of my friends from work. We are having grilled Phillippino chicken, grilled bratwurst, hot dogs, macaroni and cheese, pea salad, cucumber tomato salad, and cherry cheesecake. I got the chicken recipe from a friend I work with, who got the recipe when they were stationed in the Phillippines while in the military. It is really good. Here is the recipe if interested.

Phillippino Chicken

Minced garlic (As much as you desire)
1 large onion, chopped & minced fine
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 bottle of beer
Boneless skinless chicken thighs (as much as you desire)

Mix up sauce and let chicken thighs soak overnight. Then grill as usual.
