Hi Julie.. how do you make your Swedish meatballs? I'm curious! (I'm100% swed-amer!:wave) LOL!

I made cube steaks with onions, green beans, baked potatoes and homemade marble brownies for dessert. I'm a pig.

Hi, I make mine the easy way. I take 2 pkgs of frozen meatballs (You can buy them at any grocery store) and put them in a crockpot. Then I take 3 cans of mushroom soup, 1 can mushrooms, undrained, and 1 container(16 oz) of sour cream and mix it all together. Then I pour it over the meatballs and cook on low all day. It's so easy and so good!

We are cooking bratwurst on the grill and having pasta salad to go with it. Maybe I will slice up a couple of tomatoes also.

Fresh grown Jersey Tomato and Basil from my aunt's yard, chopped and mixed with chopped fresh mozarella and extra virgin olive oil and freshly cracked black pepper and a pinch of sea salt.

Also, two patties of freshly ground beef, seared on each side for no more than 30 seconds a side so that it is mostly raw. Seasoned with a little sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

For dessert, I am going to hit up Dairy Queen or Cold Stone creamery - I could go for Cake Mix ice cream with cookie dough. In a waffle cone bowl.

We get pizza on Fridays sometimes, so I think tonight will be a pizza night. Don't feel like cooking. :)
