BC2, I just can't picture eggs and bacon with spaghetti noodles. Do you scramble the eggs first and crumble the bacon?
The bacon is cut up, then cooked in a pan, and added to the raw egg/cream mix. Then everything is cooked together. Cooked spaghetti noodles are mixed in the egg/cream/bacon mix with fresh grated Parmesan cheese toward the end in one big pot. It sounds weird, but really good.

Yes, I think that's what it really is, which is an Italian dish. We call it breakfast spaghetti. :thumb
I'm making split pea soup for tonight, and I'll serve it with cheese bread.
