Throwing some chicken breasts and jalapeno sausages on the grill, salad, and most likely rice pilaf!!!Family day after church! Yippee! I haven't seen our granddaughter in two entire weeks!!!!

What's kohlrabi?
It is kind of a root vegetable and it is green in color. Has a mild flavor and is delicious. They have them at the bigger gracery stores in Michigan and probably where you live. I pick them smaller then the store though and they are AWESOME. Just simmer them and drain, then a little butter on them with salt and pepper. Also very good for you.

Costco. They are by a company called Aidell's. Oops, we're having the roasted garlic and gruyere cheese today, not the jalapeno. They are wonderful!

Game Time Chicagoland = 7:30pm
Game Time Dinner = Bratwurst, sweet onions, mustard, buns then
Scallopy potatoes, Butternut squash, then Punkin Cake with Creamed Cheesed Frostings - yum factor 10 - hope we win!
