I'll have to suggest that to my DW. We usually have then lightly boiled.

Yep, you're definitely in the minority. :lol2 DH likes them too so I fix them every now and then for him.

Speaking of things drizzled with olive oil, I have been fixing roast cubed butternut squash with salt & pepper and herbs de provence drizzled with olive oil. Very yummy and doesn't take as long as baking the squash halves.
