in my area there is a severe lacking of real Thai cuisine... we have one place, but from what i hear its basically a singles bar posing as a thai restaurant.... bleah

we do have an incredible number of chinese food places, almost literally one every mile, most SUPER buffet all you can eat type.... low quality and cheap... but there are a couple that really are good. Genreal Tso's Pork is one of my favorites, moderately spicy though, there's only so much heat i can take! :D

We're having rotisserie chicken tonight with steamed yellow corn and another veggie that i havn't decided on....

Had my two very best friends over to make some "craft type Christmas presents"
Anyways, didn't know what to make for munchies, finally decided on this yummy chicken salad recipe, was too cheap for croissants, so i bought a french loaf instead, and also got the mini pumpernickel bread and spinich dip, tossed salad and grapes on the side, (just in case someone wanted to toss some grapes in the chicken salad, thats good too, sometimes)
