Have the crockpot going with boned left over baked chicken and mushrooms. Simmering in the degreased drippings, and will make into a cream gravy to serve over mashed taters, and another veggie. Smells so good.

I made a pot of my Blackeyed Pea Soup. It is a recipe that I made up years ago when my Mom was sick and I was cooking for her. I put it over rice.

Meatballs with a sauce made from honey, mustard, garlic, and ginger. Quite yummy
I also make chicken wings that way.

Made Turkey Noodle soup with my leftover turkey meat and a big pot of split pea with ham. VERY cold here so soup is good!
