Today I am making my hubby a roasted Leg of Lamb. I opened it up and put chopped fresh Rosemary and Garlic, rolled it back up and tied with string. I placed it on a bed of onions and red wine. Will serve with Mashed Potatoes and Mixed Veggies. He is so excited, he wants an early dinner. :dance2

Wow, Sparkie...next time I want to make lamb, I'm pm'ing you how to cook it.

We just had tacos...but, it made the fam extrememly happy. :)

We had grilled sirloin steak, baked potatoes, and tossed salad.

Rump roast studded with garlic pieces (the kitchen smells wonderful), diced potatoes soaked in the au jus, gravy, dilled baby carrots, fresh bread and butter, vanilla ice cream.

Michelle95, You have got to try the Lamb this way, it was wonderful! My husband just kept eating.....I made gravy out of the juice from the onions and wine at the bottom, and even I could've eaten that with a spoon. Sometimes I amaze myself!

Tonight will be a lot more simple, Corn Dogs, Corn on the Cob....

Is there a sub for the red wine....Some ppl can not drink any alcohol or have it in food :D
