I now have a place to go when I need revitalization and ideas for dinner, that which I lose quickly as I get older and sick of cooking the same things.

I slow cooked chicken all night and then de-boned it and removed the skin and made chicken stew which we will have with corn bread muffins.

what does yours have in it? My mom used to make what she called mexican casserole with beans and fritos and cheese and seasoning, but I haven't found a recipe close to hers........
