broiled chicken, baked potatoes and some sorta veggie.
I think I'll make chicken salad with half of the chicken for snack or tomorrows lunch.

Stir-fly beef and broccoli with jasmine rice. I may need to stop at the store to get more veggies -- I like a lot with stir fries.

For us - hamburger helper stroganoff dinner made with ground turkey instead of beef plus a fresh avocado/spinach/tomato/spring greens salad.

I made cream of mushroom soup. The recipe called for Sherry and I've never bought the stuff before. I must have looked lost in the liquor aisles and a young man came to my rescue. So, I have a whole bottle of Sherry and only needed 1 tablespoon. I see a lot of mushroom soup in our near future. :heh

I think you can buy cooking sherry at the grocery. I know there are several recipes I make which call for red, white or marsala cooking wine. They can be bought at the grocery. I've made rum cake before and had to go to the liquor store for the rum. I just go to the counter and tell them what I want for the recipe instead of walking all over the store looking for it. :lol2
How was the soup?

It was pretty good, but I might have to tweak the recipe just a little. My husband really enjoyed it, but he's pretty easy to please.
