I'm gonna skin a chicken, cut it up, brown the meat, throw it in a crock pot... then throw some other stuff in with it. I'll add water, some chicken base and spices, and see what happens. If it works out and I ever do it again, I'll say I'm having "Chicken Throw"
Preparing supper for the family has become difficult on account of between my two boys I'm at soccer practices from 4 to 8 many evenings... I'm having to get creative and think outside the box so I've got something nutricious for whoever's home to eat.
Back when my son was in soccer I would take a divided container and make things like stuffed celery and carrot sticks and deviled eggs and then I'd defrost some homemade soup and serve all with french bread. Or, I'd do crock pot pot roast or chicken.

I brown up lean ground beef and then pour in a packet of taco seasoning and about 2/3C of water. I get fresh salsa in the produce section of the store, your choice of heat. Add about half to the meat, and as much fresh garlic as you want. Cover and simmer about 5 min. We love Ramen noodles and use 3 pkg. Cook and add to meat mixture and serve immediately. Super fast and very tasty. This can be adjusted so many different ways.

I made hamburgers mixed with diced onion, Italian seasoned bread crumbs, and Penzey's Tuscan Sunset spice blend. I rolled them in more of the seasoned bread crumbs and fried them. Then I put cucumber slices and tomato wedges in a dressing of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and more Tuscan Sunset seasoning. I finished it off with a baked potato with butter and sour cream sprinkled with chives.
