Dh still likes apple cidar vinegar on greens but I never have acquired the taste. I love greens though.
I love my greens too, cabbage, spinach, beet greens and swiss chard, even bok choy. They are so good for a person with multi vitamins and minerals. I will have to remember the apple cider vinegar trick... thats the only vinegar I can handle. Have IBS and white vinegar does a number on me. :hug:hug

Last night I had a pan fried burger fried in bacon drippings, steamed potatos, and sweet cole slaw.
I tried something new with the potatos. I scrubbed some small new red potatos and cut them up into bite size pieces. Then I put them into a Ziplock steaming bag with some olive oil, butter, and crushed rosemary. They were sooooo good.

Those potatoes do sound good. I need to try some of those steaming bags.

Sundays is usually serve yourself whatever you can find (my day off), but I'll be taking my wife to a place called the Turtle Club for dinner since it is our wedding anniversary (20th).
