Well I was about to make tacos for dinner but then found that I have no beans and DH would get very angry with me if I made tacos and no refried beans and being that I just came from the store and the closest store is 30 mins away I have chosen to make tuna helper....yuck...but I did text DH to warn him incase he wants to pick him up something else on his way home...he doesn't get off till 7:30 pm and is about an hour and a half away from home so no I can not ask him to pick up a can of beans for dinner, being that our four kids need to eat at somewhat of a decesnt time...yeah I know I am pushing it it is 7pm already but dinner is atleast cooking...lol...

I made the starch mouths some pasta salad with WackyMac, garden fresh cucumbers, sharp cheddar, chunks of pepperoni, black olives, marinated mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.... tossed with Italian dressing instead of the usual mayo....
I have some thick country style pork ribs in the smoker, they are going on the grill in a few seconds. They were rubbed with Tony Chachere's Spice N' Herbs seasoning before smoking.
For my veggie, i have some fresh pattypan summer squash that will be halved and tossed in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper, then grilled along side the pork ribs.
