What's For Dinner?

The grill is a great idea for those who grill. However, we don't even own one. We used to but it never got much use so we gave it away. The way our house is made, the kitchen is no where near the back of the house where the patio is. Plus, the mosquitos are so bad we won't go back there except to mow:lol2.

BBQ chicken Brest, mashed taters, green beans.
Tomorrow will be pizza the place around the corner
has a 1/2 off till 4:45. Woo Hoo

Rotisserie chicken, parmesan angel hair noodles and steamed asparagus.

Grilled chicken with sweet & hot sauce.

Basic leftover grilled chicken seasoned with Goya brand Adobo seasoning, sliced and covered in a sauce i make.

Sugar Free ketchup and Sriracha make a really good sauce together with a splash of soy sauce and an extra pinch of splenda and some toasted sesame seeds...(i'd add some sesame oil but i keep forgetting to buy it!) If you can handle a lot of Sriracha, go for it. If you are watching your sugar intake -take it easy a bit cause it has sugar in it.

I had some green beans that were steamed, buttered and sprinkled liberally with garlic powder.
