As I had a horrible day it's a late night dinner of:
Baked fish
Potato Cakes (leftover mashed potatoes mixed with flour and fried in cooking oil til lightly brown)

We make potato cakes with our leftover mashed potatoes too, LupusMommyto5. They're very good!
Tonight we had fried chicken and boiled potatoes.
