London broil cooked with potatoes, and French style green beans.

Last night I had roast chicken breasts, Chicken Stove Top stuffing, corn, applesauce, diet Dr. Pepper..:-)

Pork Loin Roast, fresh steamed Green Beans, toasted almond Rice Pilaf and Applesauce.

Tonight, since we're going to be running errands in town most of the day, we're going to have dinner at a chinese restaurant called the "Mayflower Buffet. Tomorrow we'll have baby back pork ribs. It's too cold to grill 'em so I'll slow cook them in the oven and then before serving I'll cover them with bbq sauce and broil for a few minutes.

Yesterday I made a huge 17 lb turkey. I boiled the carcass today, and made Turkey noodle soup. I also made two turkey pot pies with some of the leftover turkey. Yummy!
