Tonight I made a Bisquick recipe called "Easy Ham Bake". Some steamed brussel sprouts on the side.

Tonight I made a Bisquick recipe called "Easy Ham Bake". Some steamed brussel sprouts on the side.
Up here, McDonalds offers a McKinley Mac. It's a big Big Mac. The bun is bigger and the meat patties are bigger... It is really a good burger because the patties are big enough that they retain some juice (compared to the lower 48 Mac... :)). I did wimp out though and I got one of the small Big Macs.
Tonight I'm serving up slow cooked cornish game hens with a lemon pepper seasoning.
