I fixed a pot of limba beans and rice for lunch. ( I like corn bread with that, but we are on a diet) For supper, I am picking me up a subway sandwich after Church.

my first attempt at Lamb souvlaki (not bad except the yogurt cucumber sauce was somehow inedible--that should have been the easy part!?)

Man, I think I'm gaining weight just hearing about all this good food. :aha
We are having my dh favorite, pork ribs baked in bbq sauce, with potatoes and salad.
