Zatirans Gumbo Base but I'm having something really different because my Dad is always putting Chicken Wings and he leaves the skin on it and I don't like eating that so I'm having Salad I'm on a diet because I want to lose 30lbs.,,,,,,,so yeah thats what I'm having for dinner tonight

Vegitarian teriyaki stir-fry over white rice for me and DH had left over beef stew.

son bought some high fiber low carb wraps at Costco's so I am going to make a barbque sandwich with it for supper. We are not on a low carb diet, but we like the high fiber count. I got some 100 calorie a bag chips to go with it.
