Cornish Game Hens, split in two and slow cooked all day in a dutch oven after being heavily seasoned with lemon pepper. Before serving, remove from dutch oven and broil both sides to perfection. I have four in the freezer, and today I was wondering how to cook them..:lol2

Opened a can of mixed 6 beans, a can of green beans. Made a vinegarette dressing with honey added and mixed everything together and that was supper. Was good by the way. :lol2
