Last night was roast & veggies, tonight, leftovers & salad.
(Regarding everyday sweet potatoes, I just do them quick in the micro, with brown sugar & butter.)

I made DH meatloaf, mashed potatoes and brussle sprouts.

I made for myself vegitarian teriyaki stir fry.

Nothing like making two different meals; one for his (and step-daughters if they're here) and one for me.

Oh, I almost forgot. Home made apple pie for dessert.

Burrito Beef & Cheese Salad

Its cut up burritos on a bed of lettuce with schredded cheese, tomatoes, black olives sour cream and topped with Taco Sauce.
