Burrito Beef & Cheese Salad
Its cut up burritos on a bed of lettuce with schredded cheese, tomatoes, black olives sour cream and topped with Taco Sauce.
That sounds really good!! Do you heat the burritos, or serve them cold in the salad?
Tonight...meat loaf, pork and beans, bread sticks, Romain lettuce.

I served it while hot so the cheese would melt, but I see no reason why you couldn't serve them cold, most burritos are pre-cooked anyway if bought pre-packaged, now if you make em from scratch depending on when you wanna eat em it'd be up to you.
But, it was good, and it was something different, and hey kids liked it. Another words it was a 5 minute throw togehter dinner idea.
