Yes, that's very true about honey- they have found honey in pots hundreds of years old and it was still good!!
And Walmart sells stevia in the small ind. packets (green box) and they are good too, just pricier than the tubs of the spoonable- you pay for convenience.

Chicken and rice soup.
Thought I was putting pepper in accidentally put cinnamon in it. Rinse it off and put chicken broth from a can in instead. Hopefully no one notices it.
