I thought it was a prime rib roast I picked up at the commissary. Instead it is a rib roast, which I presume is a 2nd cousin after rib-eye roast. It should still be tasty. I'll serve it with au jus and asparagus spears.

Vegie-Delight sandwich from Subway. I had mine made with honey oat bread, toasted with cheddar cheese, and sprinkled sweet onion sauce. I added an avocado in the sandwich at home.
