Roast Beef, Roast Potatoes - Sweet Potatoes - Carrots, Steamed Broccoli - Green Beans - Zucchinis (we love our veg!), Gravy.

I'll probably wash it down with some Sparkling Apple Juice.

Dessert - Lemon Sponge Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream. (I'm supposed to be on a diet, but we had leftover dessert after the family came over this week and it would be a shame to waste it! :aha)

I didn't know about the arsenic :shocked, but NO artificial (chemical) sweetner is good for you! (splenda is the same as sucralose)Actually they are VERY BAD for you! Better to use stevia- it is all natural- from an herb- don't use the liquid though- yuck, only the white powder is good. Can't cook with it either- better to just use real sugar or honey.Won't stevia trigger diabetes? I have a Sweet Tooth.:o

No. Stevia comes from a plant. If you heat it it breaks down (no sweet taste) just like a vegetable. It's a PLANT not a SUGAR. SO you cannot bake with it at all. But you can put it into coffee or tea and it will sweeten it, but the baking process breaks down the enzymes in the Plant Based Stevia. Remember, I posted an article that it comes from a tree-like plant ..they take the leaves off and grind them up. That's pretty much it. There are no sugar type calories with it like sugar AND no additives and no chemicals or chemical or synthetic processes done to it.

Spaghetti with meat sauce, tomato and lettuce salad, and garlic/parmesan rolls.

I had that yesterday for Thanksgiving (w/o the salad.)
