You can make your seasoning from scratch if you like, that way you can control the ingredients you like (Ex: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/taco-seasoning-i/detail.aspx ). If not, you can test different taco seasoning that is premixed that you buy in packets at the store to find your favorite. Then it is just ground beef, seasoning, and all the fixin's; lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream, chopped onion, etc... and your favorite kind of shell; OR make a salad out of it instead.

cornish game hens, slow baked in a covered pot, then broiled just before serving... it's too cold out to finish them on the bbq grill.

Thank you Kliska.:hug I am going to give this a try. (making my own seasoning) The prepackaged is always way too salty.
