Tonight it's Mac&Cheese with Tuna in it. Served with buttered bread on the side. I know cheap meal but my son Matt wants to cook tonight, and this is the safest thing right now that he knows how to make. That we actually have all ingredients too.

He does it for extra credit with his HomeEc grade. It's part of our homeschooling, see I don't want my future daughter-in-laws hating me, I want my boys to be able to cook for their family if their wives come down sick, and not just rely on fast food......Let's just say my dh has kitchen issues.:doh

But sweetness, no, last ditch effort to raise grade----yes.

Either way it's okay with me, I have cooked enough this past week, I don't wanna see the kitchen til closer to christmas.

Ever get that way?

I have a mom's night out for us homeschoolers and I am going to get a salad there, otherwise I would have had one here
