I have beef stew simmering in my crock pot right now and I will make some tasty whole-wheat rolls to sop up the gravy. And since it's Valentine's Day, there is a very nice chocolate bar for dessert. :nod

:lol2 that's funny. I really don't know, other than the style of the pie and the way it's made. Every time I have made it, people rave about it, and it's one of my favorites as well. I usually make two at a time, because it's so good.
I have never cared much for the traditional coconut cream pie that has the meringue on top. I really like this french coconut pie recipe though.

Hebrew National hot dogs and homemade potato leak soup.
Hebrew Nationals are the only kind I'll eat; they taste a lot different than "regular" hot dogs. :nod

I made some stir fry with pork slices, bock choy, slivered carrots, green onions, garlic and threw in some chow mein noodles. Made another pan with sweet and sour pork. Enough left over so won't have to cook tomorrow.
