Ro*Tel soup tonight. It's full of beef, pork sausage, RanchStyle Beans, Ro*Tel, and cheeeeeeez. Really good.

Roasted chicken legs and thighs with cucumber, brussel sprouts, and strawberry banana whipped cream salad.

I had halibut ceviche at a little restaurant in town. I spent the entire day moving snow from around 6 a.m. until into the afternoon. We got about 17" in the last 24 hours or so and I've run out of places to put all that white stuff. Anyways, after all that work I was too tired to prepare dinner.

Spaghetti. DH doesn't like the sauce and spaghetti to be free wheeling so I have to layer it in a casserole dish like lasagne and bake it for about 20mins until the cheeses on top melt and brown a little. Always enough for another meal and like curry it can taste even better the next day.
A green salad with balsamic dressing.

i marinated boneless skinless chicken breast in hoisin sauce, 5 spice powder and honey and baked them. tossed some frozen cauliflower, broccoli and sliced carrots in a Japanese sauce i can't pronounce and characters i can't duplicate with this keyboard.... all served over steamed jasmine rice.
