Thank you for your generosity Maxine! I usually do half hams and pressure cook the end when we're done, but the single long bone wouldn't fit into the pressure cooker, so I sawed it in half and gave a half each to our dogs.
Tonight is cornish game hen.

Those refried beans were awesome, but I'm feeling the effects. :pound
