Night before last was enchaladas at my FIL's house. Last night I had veggie burgers w/o bread and salad. Tonight is Christmas dinner at FIL's. I believe his wife (DH's step-mother) is making ham. Since I can't eat that I'll probably have whatever veggies and other sides are available to eat.

We have had our evening Christmas meal at my sister's home. She made chicken pieces with a sesame seed and chilli sauce coating, also had cold leg ham, breadrolls, roasted vegetable salad, coleslaw, tomato cucumber and avocado salad, and I brought an egg and potato salad. Dessert was a pavlova topped with whipped cream, strawberries and kiwi-fruit, and home-made cassata ice cream. Of course, there were lots of lollies, choccies, Christmas cake, savoury snacks, nuts etc. on the table, too.

This was following a big Christmas lunch at my place so we had two pig-outs.

The diet starts tomorrow - hee hee! Oh, hang on, wait.....we've still got heaps of leftovers and goodies to use up, and that could take a while.

Oh well, the diet starts next year, then. :aha

We had the traditional Christmas dinner at three parties this weekend, so today we had spaghetti and garlic bread plus triple chocolate cake.

Last night we ate Christmas Eve supper with whole family at the country club that my in-laws belong to...most everything was served there. Today we ate Christmas dinner (lunch, for those not in the South :)) at my in-laws, with the family, again. INcluded Turkey, cornbread dressing and gravy, rice, peas, lingonberry sauce, rolls, chololate pound cake, cheesecake, mincemeat pie. Tonight we have leftovers.
