So far it seems pretty quiet where I'm at...it's rained off and on, but there are no warnings or watches currently for my county, but the next county to the north does. It is grey and windy, though.

How did all you other Mid-Westerners fare? It only rained some here...nothing more.

We had some rain and a lot of wind and clouds. We had a couple of thunderstorms, but nothing major.

I was in IA for my son's wedding and we ended up having thurder storms and very strong winds but no tornados. Many here were praying for us. Many thanks. We had a blessed time and God even held off the rain until we were safely in the reception hall. They were able to get all there pictures taken before it hit too. Thank you Jesus.

I think one of the resons for these "end time" storms is to get folks to repent and turn to Jesus before he returns. I beleive it is God in his mercy working to save many from the great tribulation that is coming. It will be much much worse than what we are currently seeing. I am amazed to often see total devastation on the news and then hear no one lost their life.
