God bless you. It's important for Christians to realize that Muslims aren't "the enemy", they are lost souls who need Jesus.

Oh man- I'll tell you my story. My husband who is not saved has a relative who is a Muslim. Over the years we have always exchanged Christmas cards as a nicety, no problems, no big deal. So this past year a card comes to the house around the 10th of Decemeber addressed ONLY to my husband my name was not included on the evelope or the card, husband and I have been married 25 years, his relative knows my name but he also knows I am an evangelical Christian who supports Israel). The card has a picture of Jesus on the cover and when you open it it has some verses about "peace", nothing about Christmas. It stroke me my name was not included on the card as in the past I believe my name was included on some of his "greetings". Any how my husband asks me to send him a Christmas card in return as a polite gesture of course since he sent us a card. Well our Christmas cards had a verse from Revelation in them and it noted Jesus was King of King and Lord of Lords.

hmmmmmm... I'd be darned if I'd purchase different cards for folks of different or no faith, they all get the same card. So I signed my husbands name as my husband asked me to and mailed it to his relative. OH my.....about a week later we get 2 evelopes from his cousin in the mail, 1 addressed to my husband and a seperate one addressed to me !

The one to my husband is another "peace" card. I opened mine and he had sent me a publication on why we should not celebrate Christmas that the Bible no where says when Jesus was born, actually what he sent me was an offer to buy a book about why we should not celebrate Christmas. Guess he thinks I need a lesson.

Also enclosed is the following written by some Muslim :

*He who knows not and STRIVES TO KNOW is a SEEKER....aid him.*
*He who knows not WHAT He should know is alseep...WAKE him*
*He who knows not and FEARS TO KNOW is enslaved...FREE him*
*He who knows not and REJECTS TO KNOW is DEAD....PASS him*
*He who knows not YET CLAIMS TO KNOW is an IMPOSTER...SHUN him.*
*He who knows and SHARES what he knows is WISE...HEED him*

Lovely huh..
So do you think I should send him another Christmas card this year...LOL
I'm sure my husband will ask me to send him one again, and I'm the one who makes out the cards, LOL...any suggestions ?
He's pretty anti-US government also, maybe I can find a Christmas card with an American flag on it...just kidding.

I have a bumper sticker that says Christ died for you and me. Ya so I was going to class the other day and I stopped to get gas, as I was about to leave this gas station and muslim man came up to me and said that Christ really didnt die on the cross. So in the middle of the gas station we talked for about 10 min or so and I gave him the law and gospel and then we talked about prophecy in the bible vs koran and then we talked about the trinity. and somewhere in there I threw in the eyes witnesses such as Josephus and Taticus. It was real interesting, I think a seed was definitely planted so its all up to his free will now but the Holy Spirit was obviously there! Praise God for that.
This was my first time to talk to a muslim in real life.
