Lapbook/notebooking ideas?

Anyone done a lapbook/or notebook on monkeys? I am doing one with my kiddos' and need some ideas of what to put into it? I can't find a pre-made one... So am trying to make up my own like i did on ants last spring..

I've used their kits before. We photocopy the mini-books onto paper color of our choice.
