i completed the course last september and have not relapsed into old habits even once, praise god. after i finished the course i felt like a new person. if you are sick of being in the battle and want freedom, this course really works IF you are sincerely committed and apply what they ask you to do. it gets hard at times as you fight the flesh, but it all pays off in the end.

I had my wife install safeeyes on all our computers. Which blocks bad websites and only she has the passwords. I would highly recommend this software at this point as we have had it on our computers for 2 months now and no issues.

Does it just block the bad stuff? I know in the past when I've tried to beef up the security everything from ebay to youtube is blocked...

The administrator (my wife in my case) can set the parameters of what it will block. And if you need a site unblocked the administrator can unblock it for you. I have had no issues at all with it. I know if it does block a site I should have not been going there anyway.

I clicked on the SettingCaptivesFree link the moment I saw it. I am now doing the course.
I was quite agitated doing the course today. I wondered why the course assignment for today was so long...I did 3 days course assignments today :thumb
Participants are supposed to do only one day each day. Perhaps I was being taught to endure...I was quite agitated and felt some quite violent physical tantrums passing through me.
I must say I am learning from the course. I had been wondering where to go from here lately. I mean, I have come to the Lord years ago but in darkness and recently returned to find all sorts of proofs that God is real and Jesus really lived and died and he did that for me so I can just go ahead and believe the Word. At least that is what I shall try to do.
Today I learned doing a course what the Living Waters of God really are. I have found the holy Spirit frequents my Christian activities and am rewarded by Him when I follow Him. Now with the course I can study something.

Praise God! Stay with it and really only do 1 day at a time. I have to say spreading it out over 60 days or more is what you need to change your behaviour. I just passed 4 1/2 months of freedom from this sin in my life. It is truly amazing I never thought I would break free.

You will go on a emotional roller coaster ride for the first 30 days or so taking this course. But if you truly follow it you will drink the living water and be free!!

I try not to invade your space guys but I just felt compelled to say Praise the Lord for your victories!! I'm proud of you guys for sticking to this course and praise the Lord for keeping you guys strong!! We all have our addictions but with the Lord's help we can be victorious over them! great post! i agree with kermyjo that you are going to go on an emotional roller coaster ride as you eradicate all of these old practices. just expect that it's going to happen so you're not taken off guard. also, i think part of the strength of the course is doing one lesson per day, so i would be careful about going ahead.

this course does really work. 10 months and counting for me, and i'm hardly even tempted anymore. praise god.
