Recipe sticky, anyone?

I don't know about the rest of you, but it seems every time there is a new recipe thread it gets lost somewhere at the back of the thread listing and I can't seem to find it when I want. I propose a to have a recipe sticky or room created for all new recipes. What do you gals think?
