If judges are elected officials in Austria, it might be a good idea to get Haisl's name on a ballot. I bet a ruling would soon follow.

Frank, great idea but it doesn't address the core problem. But, I have no idea how to correct stupid. It seems to be an affliction spreading world wide at lightening speed. No know medications being developed or close to testing for a cure.
