I used to be a fan of Korn before I was born again (I explained in my testimony (http://members.tripod.com/jdlarsenmn/testimony.htm) how I was delivered from their music, as well as the music of other bands, like Nine Inch Nails), and I was excited when I heard that Brian Welch came to Christ as well.

However, after reading chapter 11 in his recent book called Save Me From Myself, I can see that he has been mixed up in some of the post-modern thinking that is so common in many churches today (e.g., "we shouldn't argue about anything unless we are making an argument that we shouldn't argue (http://members.tripod.com/jdlarsenmn/argue.htm)").

After reading this book, I can see that Brian has also been listening to a guy named Kim Clement, who is a false prophet. For those who need some info about him, you can find some articles about Kim Clement on the following page: http://www.erwm.com/FalseProphets.htm

But I do believe that Brian has truly been born again, so I am not denying that. But I am hoping that he will become more grounded in the word of God.
