Why didn't you list green beans? I really like green beans. I don't like lima beans...so I don't care that you didn't list them. Green beans on the other hand can be used to make green bean casserole which is very good. I like it with the onions baked on top....Wait...what was the question..where am I going with this? Are we having a picnic?:idunno

It would eliminate the need to add hamhocks or fatback for flavoring, though.:heh

lima beans are great as long as they are the 'baby' size, them big honkin ones are not nearly as tasty and have a grainy texture

Garden fresh tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, cabbage, etc. Actually, I love all vegetables (Except carrots--can't stand those)!
