I am in NC and it is bad here too. One city only has 2 mo of water left. :pray

Can't wash cars, water lawns, nothing any more.

Suggest putting in a few desalination plants along the coast lines, and see how many groups jump up to protest... Gee a WHOLE OCEAN of water that just needs some desalination and our water problems are solved...
expensive ? Yes, but better than having a drought !!!!!
I bet every enviro group in the country would be suing every proposed plant to keep it from going into production.

In Nashville we are not being restricted. Someone told me it is because we are so close to a main river. :idunno

I have heard that they have found another energy source besides oil; but they don't want to switch because it would kill the economy and cost too many jobs. If they could switch those people over to working in the water plants then they would have jobs and it wouldn't be a problem.
