Hello, I live on the Great Plains of the United States, hence my name. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior, and I strive to walk with him daily, though I'm terribly human and often fail! I'm so thankful for his forgiveness and grace.
I have a DEEP interest in things concerning prophecy, both already fulfilled, and yet to be fulfilled. Keeping up on news events is one of my "daily routines," and lately I just hold my breath waiting to see what's coming around the corner next. God's True Word is paramount to me - both the actual written word, and the Living Word, Jesus.
My mother-in-law was always saying, "Keep looking up!" I don't know if she meant for help from God in daily life, or that Jesus is coming soon. I suspect perhaps both, but I sure take it nowadays that "Jesus IS coming soon!"
I've been reading on here for quite awhile, and finally thought I'd join in. I look forward to more interesting reading and conversation.
