WHAT exactly is this passage describing? I'll tell you what it's describing. With all the descriptions that go with it, I'm going to have to assume a dinosaur (or dragon). My Bible footnote says 'crocodile', but I beg to differ.

It even says that fire comes out of it's mouth and smoke from it's nostrils. Yes, call me crazy, but dinosaurs lived recently, not millions of years ago, and I happen to believe that there could still be some today. The Bible also mentions 'slaying the dragon of the sea' somewhere, but in recent translations, they've replaced the word dragon with beast. CONSPIRACY!!!

Thoughts?
