This here is another signs of the time! Starbucks, hmm doesn't seem harmless enough does it? Well when you do research you find, its a depiction of the pagan sex goddess Ishtar, Ashteroth, and false god with many names.
But see though in this dark world, you see the Evil One's signs all around us. But something we can always look for is...

The Brazen Serpent, which is often found some where around or on the Paramedics or Firefighters. It means safety, and that is exactly what Jesus did. He was similar to the Brazen Serpent, as too when we look too him we are healed of our wickedness and sins. It's amazing, how when this world seems so of the Devil himself. There are these little signs God shows us throughout the world.

Umm, actually, no. Sorry, brother, but you need to do a bit more research. The Starbucks logo is originally a "twin tailed siren" from Greek mythology. It was acutaly based on a 16th century norse wood carving, picked from a book of Norwegian drawings and pictures. It is a nod to the pacific northwest heritage. You can find evil where ever you look. The trick is to seek good. See, we see so much of satan here in this world because it truly is lucifers domain. We are not of this world.

Well Signguy, actually the research is that Ashtoreth has changed down throughout the ages. She adapts throughout the years, just as with the god Dagon. The Ashteroth from the Bible has started from a Sex Goddess and is still worshipped today. Just as with the holiday Easter. Easter is actually a pagan holiday, influenced by pagans. The very same with Christmas.

I thought I was the only one who thought the Starbucks logo was evil. I agree though, there are a lot of evil signs around if you look.

Starbucks is evil because they encourage the consumption flavored coffee. :spew
Mark my words people, the antichrist will be a latte sipping wimp, and will likely frequent Starbucks. Oh, and he will likely twitter too. :evil3

I had heard of this starbucks logo before being of a pagan goddess so I am inclined to agree here with you, but I never realized that serpent on a pole in the emergency venues , that is awesome , thanks for sharing this.

Your very welcome. But Signguy, the norse serve a God called Ostara. If you trace the name of Ostara back, it will become Ashtoreth.

Actually, the Church was not Christianizing pagan festivals, but was establishing rival celebrations.
As the Church spread throughout Europe, and pagans who turned to Christianity missed having their holidays (holy-days), early Christians simply replaced them.
We do not idolize Christmas trees, yule logs, the winter solstice or think Santa Claus is Christ-like. :nope
We do not worship the fertility goddess Ishtar, nor the spring equinox, colored eggs or rabbits. :rolleyes
In northern Europe and the British Isles, Christians replaced the pagan holiday for the end of the harvest, called Samhain, with All Saints Day, now known as Halloween.
Valentines Day originated in 5th century Rome as a tribute to St. Valentine, a Catholic Bishop, prior to this the Romans had practiced a pagan celebration in mid-Feb. to the god Lupercus. Cupid was the son of Venus, the Roman god of love and beauty.
I've bought Valentines cards for my husband in past years with the depiction of cupid on them. When my kids were in elementary school and exchanged valentines cards with classmates, some of them had cupid on them. Does this mean we were worshipping a roman god?
Of course not. That's silly!
God knows our hearts. :hug
