Sold house and avoided foreclosure!

I posted a prayer request a while back about this. My husband's job moved right after we bought a fixer house, so we've been renting and trying to fix the house (it turned out to have mold issues) and trying to pay the mortgage as well. We were in preforeclosure but we got a cash short sale offer. The bank accepted it and we closed yesterday!!!:yeah:yeah We now have to work on the mountain of debt we accrued duing this time, but I'm praising God in advance because I know he will provide!!! He is good!:pray
