I am concerned that you are filled and gripped with fear!! God has not given us a Spirit of fear, but of love, power and a sound mind. The scripture also says that we have not been given a Spirit that leads us again to fear, but one by which we cry, Abba, Father! And also- perfect love drives out fear. What are you afraid of? What things are you uncertain about?

There are fears i cannot deny to be real,most of the time,rather than pretend i acknowledge them to God,and this song really ease all my fears.One example is when i was single and applying for a job,i am afraid that my grades will not make me qualify.When i honestly gave my fear to God of rejection in this job,i was relieved the next day of my interview only to find out that they don't care about my grades,only my passing the board exam.I thank God i give my fear(being rejected in that job because of my grades)to jesus.I was gripped with fear so much so that i almost forgot about my license.I got the job.Now i always give God my fears no matter how petty they are.I am sorry solofide i do not know how to delete this first one,it is a mistake.Anyway just pick your choice.Thanks for the word,i will add them to my reminders when i am afraid and gripped with fears.

I misunderstood you- I thought you said that the song FILLED you with fear! So I was concerned that maybe you didn't know my Jesus, but I can see that you do! :thumb :) Yes we all have fears at times :nod I'm so happy you got the job you wanted! I too have learned not to fear or worry so much- there have been so many times in my life that I over reacted to things and God was always so good to me, taking care of me all the time- and then I felt really bad that I over reacted and didn't have the faith that I should have had. So now I have learned to just trust Him and not to over react- He has never failed me, not once! :yeah

That reminds me of a song I learned a long time ago:
God is a good God, He's a great God
He can do anything but fail.
He has moved so many mountains out of my way
Ooh, God is such a wonderful God!

Yeah God indeed is so good.Sometimes it is difficult to believe when in this world that we live in we see the opposite.
