I just found an awesome tract website that provided me with exactly what I was looking for; a free, printable b/w copy of the "good person" test. I printed a few up and, voila, .... clean, ink-friendly tracts to get ya started.
ANYhoo, I was thinking of places to pass these out. I am an introvert by nature. Talking to people is not my strong point. But I am pretty creative. So I was thinking,... of getting a LOT of these printed up, and putting one in each and every book at the library across the street.
Any thoughts on this idea are welcome as are suggestions/ things to remember.

I wouldn't leave them in every book, or on every bench or every table etc. If an employee of security personnel see that happening they will ask you to leave and they will gather all the tracts up and throw them out. Be selective as far as books, benches and tables. At bookstores I like to go to the best sellers new fiction/non-fiction and place a few inside the middle of the books. The best sellers go fast.

I love going to the library and putting them in bunches and bunches of books. I especially go to the "Christian" books like the Osteen and Joyce Meyer books and put in the false convert tracts. I go to the romance novels and put in small tracts, the kid's section and put in kid's tracts and of course the occult area and usually put in a "Which Religion Is Right" tract.
I've decided not to tract the people in the library, just the books so that people have a nice little gift that looks like a handy bookmark :D

I put tracts in Osteen 's books at the bookstore. His newest book is prominately displayed. I like to put tracts in a few of the new fiction/non-fiction best-seller list books. The library usually has a section which has new arrivals etc.
